This beautiful dress hides the stomach because the design is similar to empire style tops. It accentuate the bust and shoulder area making the waist much smaller. However, it is recommended by most buyers to go for much larger sizes as the dress size provided is in junior plus size.
The top comes with wide collar that may be too open for some people. You will probably want to add a few more buttons or wear a black cami underneath to go along with the dress. Also, the dress hides the stomach, making the wearer appear thinner. The strong satin material and beautiful patterns and prints are beautiful, making it an ideal office wear as well.

Fabulous dress, sizing is only a smidge off,
I received my dress very quickly and tried it on. It actually fits fairly well! Keep in mind guys, this is a JUNIOR’S plus size, so if you’re not a junior, order it a size or two up from what you normally wear. I’m normally a size 18 or 1x and I ordered the 2x. It’s a bit snug but still fits. Probably would have done better to order the 3x, but it’s nothing 5 pounds won’t fix! All in all I’m extremely pleased with this dress, except for the belt. It’s cheesy and doesn’t lay nicely against the dress, so just replace the belt with one from your own stash.

|Much nicer than expected for the price,
I am a frequent buyer on amazon and am always on the lookout for good bargains. Based on the price, I tried to have moderate expectations for this dress. The dress arrived quickly, well packaged, and the material on top is nicer than expected. I agree with other reviewers who advised to order a size up. I’m not thin, but not huge. At 4’10″, 120 lbs, I’m some sort of mesomorph. The large fits me perfectly and make my waist look tiny – especially when wearing the corset style spanx. It’s long on me – but I’m exceptionally short – but still looks great with high heels. The collar is quite open, so you will probably want to add some buttons or wear a black cami underneath. Very happy with this purchase!

|sizing is off!,
so according to the size chart I needed a 1x, so I ordered a 2x just to be sure. I got the dress and could not get it on! be careful when ordering this dress! However, company is very fast and easy with returns and exchanges.
